3/00-6/01:
Research in Orthopedics Biomechanics Laboratory at the Long Beach VA studying gender differences in the patellofemoral joint before and after lateral retinacular release. Tested cadaver knees on a custom loading jig and measured joint reactive forces, contact pressures and contact areas. Also performed geometric analysis of the patellofemoral joint using MRI.
